🌻✨ Announcing the First Recipients of the Lola & Justino Legacy Scholarship ✨🌻

It is with great pride and excitement that we announce the first-ever recipients of the Lola & Justino Legacy Scholarship:

🏆 Aryanna Boatright
🏆 Adam Laboda

This scholarship was created to honor the legacy of Lola and Justino, whose lives were built on hard work, perseverance, sacrifice, family, and community.

After reviewing many outstanding applications, Aryanna and Adam stood out not only for their accomplishments, but for their character, resilience, leadership, and dedication to those around them. Their stories reflect the values this scholarship was created to celebrate, and we are honored to support them as they begin the next chapter of their journeys.

Each recipient has been awarded a $500 scholarship to help further their education and future goals.

Next week, we will be welcoming Aryanna and Adam to Lola’s Family Restaurant for an in-person celebration, where we will present their scholarship checks, take photos, and treat them and their parent(s)/guardian(s) to a meal on us. We look forward to recognizing their achievements and celebrating this exciting milestone together. 💛

To every student who applied: thank you for sharing your story with us. We were inspired by your courage, determination, and dreams for the future. The future of our community is bright because of young people like you.

And to next year’s graduating seniors , stay tuned! 🌻 We look forward to continuing the Lola & Justino Legacy Scholarship and supporting more local students as they pursue their dreams and make a difference in our communities.

As of May 31st, applications for the 2026 Lola & Justino Legacy Scholarship are now closed.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every senior who took the time to share their story. Reading about your journeys, challenges, dreams, and determination has been incredibly moving.

This scholarship was created to honor Lola and Justino’s legacy of hard work, perseverance, family, and community. Seeing those same values reflected in the next generation reminds us exactly why we started this tradition.

Over the coming days, we will carefully review each application before selecting our two scholarship recipients.

To every student who applied: thank you for trusting us with your story. No matter where life takes you next, we are proud of you and excited for your future. 💛

🚨 HOURS UPDATE FOR THIS WEEK 🚨

Lola’s Family Restaurant will be closing tomorrow, Wednesday May 27th, at 2PM so we can attend an important school meeting for our little one. ❤️📚

We will also be CLOSED ALL DAY Thursday, May 28th to give our staff and family a little extra time together after Memorial Weekend. 🇺🇸

We will reopen Friday, May 29th at 7:00 AM ready to serve you all again! ☀️🍳☕
