Tonight’s Chef’s Feature: Madras Curry Shrimp Risotto

Three jumbo shrimp over creamy risotto layered with coconut milk, lobster stock, roasted tomatoes, carrots, oyster mushrooms, shallots, white w**e and Parmesan. Warm Madras curry brings everything together with aromatic spice and just the right amount of richness.

Pair it with our Frisk Prickly Riesling—bright, lightly sweet and made for the flavors in this dish.
