We are currently in negotiations with the property owner to get our HVAC replaced so we can reopen. Its looking promising so we are hoping to be open again very soon.
The landlord is working with us to help solve the issue.

As some of you might have been aware we have been having HVAC issues for quite a while now. The HVAC for our space is almost 20 years old and we are being told that both HVAC units need to be replaced.

Unfortunately the property owner is refusing to replace their 20 year old units and expects us to pay to replace their outdated and worn out equipment.

We have tried everything we can think of to keep our space cool but it just isn't working.

We have made the very difficult decision to temporarily close our restaurant until this issue gets resolved.

We hope to have this resolved very soon.

Thank you too all our valued customers. We appreciate every one of you!
