🌮 Dinner Idea: Blackened Fish Tacos 🌮

Perfect with our fresh Rockfish, Salmon, Cod, or Snakehead!

✨ Simple Blackened Fish Tacos:
• Season fish with blackening seasoning (paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt & pepper)
• Sear in a hot skillet with a little butter or olive oil for 3-4 minutes per side
• Flake into warm tortillas
• Top with shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, avocado, and a squeeze of fresh lime
• Finish with your favorite sauce (chipotle mayo is a winner!)

✨ Tonight's Dinner: Marry Me Salmon! 💍🐟
Have you heard of Marry Me Chicken? Well... what about Marry Me Salmon? We think it's even better! 😍

If you're looking for an easy, restaurant-quality dinner tonight, stop by 410 Seafood and pick up some of our Fresh, Never Frozen Salmon and give this creamy, flavor-packed recipe a try.

✨ Marry Me Salmon Recipe

Ingredients:
🐟 4 salmon fillets
🧈 2 tbsp butter
🧄 4 cloves garlic, minced
☀️ ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
🥛 1 cup heavy cream
🧀 ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
🌿 1 tsp Italian seasoning
🌶️ Red pepper flakes (optional)
🧂 Salt & pepper to taste
🌱 Fresh basil for garnish

Directions:
1️⃣ Season salmon with salt and pepper.
2️⃣ Sear salmon in a skillet with butter for 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ In the same pan, sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes.
4️⃣ Add heavy cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Simmer until slightly thickened.
5️⃣ Return salmon to the skillet and spoon the sauce over top. Cook another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
6️⃣ Garnish with fresh basil and serve over pasta, rice, or your favorite vegetables.
