We are so excited to finally start updating our 2027 Pine Log Vintage Market Vendor Page!

A growing number of our approved vendors have now officially secured their booth spaces, and we have started adding them to the website. It is incredibly exciting to watch the 2027 lineup come together, and we encourage everyone to check out some of the wonderful businesses that will be joining us April 23, 24 and 25, 2027 at the Historic Head Dairy Farm in Brookland, Arkansas!

To see the growing lineup, use the website link on our page and click 2027 Vendors. We will continue adding confirmed vendors as quickly as we receive their information.

For vendors who have already applied, we do have a few important reminders.

If you received an approval email but have not yet paid your required booth deposit, please remember that payment must be received within 30 days of the date of your approval email. We currently have an extensive waitlist, and booth spaces are becoming extremely limited. If payment is not received within that 30 day window, your opportunity may be released and offered to another vendor on the waitlist.

If you have already paid and secured your booth space but have not yet sent us your logo and preferred website or social media link, please send those to us as soon as possible so we can get your business added to the 2027 Vendors page!

If you do not have a logo, website or social media page, that is completely fine. Just let us know. Vendors without logos can still be added to the website using their business name in plain text.
And if you are still thinking about applying for the 2027 Pine Log Vintage Market, now is the time!

We have received more vendor applications than ever before in the history of The Pine Log Vintage Market, and available booth spaces are becoming extremely limited! We are continuing to review applications as quickly as possible while also working through approvals, payments, vendor information and website updates.

There is a lot happening behind the scenes right now, and we could not be more excited about the momentum we are seeing for 2027! The vendor lineup is growing, the market is taking shape, and we have an incredible weekend ahead of us!

Did you hear the news?

The Pine Log Vintage Market is coming back April 23–25, 2027 at the Historic Head Dairy Farm in Brookland, Arkansas.

We officially announced the 2027 dates a couple of weeks ago, and the response has been incredible. We’re already looking forward to another spring weekend filled with vintage finds, talented makers, great food and thousands of patrons enjoying the farm.

And if you’re thinking about joining us as a vendor, here’s the next date you need to remember:

Vendor registration opens October 1, 2026.
