This is hard to write, but we want to reach out to everyone and thank you for your support. We are so greatful for you all. When we took over ownership of several area Sonics the initial expenses were more than we expected. We underestimated the capitalization, vast number of repairs, and hidden issues that were needed in order to maintain the restaurants. Unfortunately a lot of franchises find themselves in this situation when taking over ownership of locations. The extra expenses came during some really slow times, which led to issues with paying our bills and paying our people. Many days we even ran so short staffed that our service was not what you deserved. This is heartbreaking for everyone. This situation has left us open to lots of different types of criticism and we understand. We take it to heart and mind. Although these types of issues can not be corrected overnight, but we are working everyday, as hard as we can to amend them all.
