Just a little Clarification!!
The butcher shop is not closing.
The Chuck Wagon is not closing. We are just transitioning to something else in hopes it will work.
We have gotten lots of messages and comments about hours, and moving to Claremore.
We have no interest in moving to Claremore. I will make it or break it in Chelsea. Thus is where I live and where I want my tax dollars to go to.
As for as the hours, over the last year in a half we have tried 3 sets of hours. They have been posted. We tried staying open for lunch and supper, lunch with just 2 days open for supper, and breakfast and lunch. These different hours were tried to try and make something work. Unfortunately they all led to the same with not enough business.
We appreciate y'all and hope to see you for sno cones and soft serve.

**Please Read**
We have decided that we will not longer be selling food effective immediately. We know this will be upsetting for some as it is for us. We just aren't getting enough business to continue. We appreciate those that have supported us and wish we had better news.
We will be continuing on with soft serve and sno cones.
We will be closed down Monday and Tuesday while making the transition and then the hours will be as follows
This week the first week of June we will open
Wednesday-Friday 2pm-7pm
Saturday 12pm-7pm
Sunday 11am-3pm
The following week we will be open 7 days a week with hours being
