Fresh specials are on the menu, and we’re grateful to everyone who’s continued to support our valley’s restaurants while we all work through the current wildfire conditions. The skies may be hazy, but our commitment to fresh ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and genuine hospitality hasn’t changed.

Whether you’re joining us for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or simply taking a break, we’ll be here. We’ll continue opening the Skybridge whenever air quality allows, and we’re looking forward to the return of those crystal-clear Lake Chelan days.

🍖 SHERRY BRAISED BABY BACK RIBS
Fall-off-the-bone tender baby back ribs, slowly braised in sherry and served with grilled zucchini and whipped potatoes.

🐟 WILD KING SALMON PICCATA
Fresh wild king salmon over fettuccine with capers, white wine, butter, basil, and asparagus.

Lunch

🍔 PORK VERDE BURGER
Verde braised pork sits atop a smashed beef patty, crispy chicharrón, applewood bacon, pepper jack, garlic aioli, crisp lettuce, tomato, and red onion on brioche.

🥪 CAPRESE BLT
Creamy burrata, applewood bacon, stewed tomatoes, basil pesto, balsamic reduction, lettuce, and a ciabatta.

From fresh king salmon to prime beef, backyard BBQ, and a decadent new dessert, there’s something worth lingering over.

Dinner

🐟 KING SALMON
Fresh king salmon served over rich, cheesy & creamy leeks with a seasonal vegetable skewer.

🥩 GRILLED PRIME NEW YORK TENDERLOIN
Coffee and chipotle-rubbed prime New York with whipped potatoes, blistered green beans, and a vibrant peach chimichurri featuring fresh herbs, peaches, and local nectarines.

Lunch

🥪 BBQ PULLED PORK SANDWICH
Slow-smoked pulled pork topped with chipotle slaw, pepper jack cheese, and fresh jalapeños on a rustic roll.

🍔 BALSAMIC BLEU BURGER
Crisp prosciutto, caramelized onions, tomato, sprouts, garlic aioli, and plenty of bleu cheese on brioche. Messy, savory, and worth every napkin.

🍫 New Dessert – Dark Chocolate Mousse
