Our place was founded on a history of experience in catering and a love for all foods natural and light. A second-generation chef, Joy opened Once Upon A Thyme to bring healthy and fresh dishes to Chehalis. Her eclectic cafe also hosts cooking classes and has a market that sells prepared dishes to take home, as well as some of the ingredients used in our food. For fresh items prepared with healthy seasonal ingredients, Chehalis knows to come to Joy's!
