Owners Eric Taslimi and Robb Peterson have been friends and colleagues for many years. Eric is a classically trained chef and Robb worked in the medical device arena and has a love of food & wine. Eric and Robb first met at Table 2 restaurant in Chattanooga where Eric was the executive Chef and Robb was a paid consultant who orchestrated the wine program. It was here that the two utilized each others talents to bring some of the most elegant wines dinners in Chattanooga.
