🎤 Featured Speaker: Todd Morgan, Preserve Chattanooga

Todd Morgan of Preserve Chattanooga will share insights on the importance of preserving the historic places that help tell Chattanooga’s story and shape its future.

Since 1975, Preserve Chattanooga has worked to protect the architecture, neighborhoods, and cultural landscapes that make our community unique. Through advocacy, education, and community engagement, the organization demonstrates how historic preservation can strengthen neighborhoods, support thoughtful growth and economic vitality, and enrich civic life. 🎤 Join us today in welcoming Steve Brooks of Chattanooga Alliance as our BOMA Speaker of the Month!

The Downtown Chattanooga Alliance is Chattanooga's Business Improvement District, dedicated to keeping Downtown clean, safe, and inviting for all who live, work, and visit there. Their ambassador team works seven days a week to ensure Downtown remains welcoming and visitor-ready, while also assisting residents, employees, shoppers, tourists, and business owners throughout the district.

As their website proudly states:

"Working hard to keep our Downtown clean, safe and visitor-ready! The Downtown Chattanooga Alliance is an area that includes hundreds of businesses, restaurants, attractions, and moments waiting to be captured by you! Our ambassadors keep Downtown safe, clean, and welcoming for all. We're here to help!"

The Alliance's mission focuses on beautification, cleanliness, and safety through services such as maintaining streetscapes, planting seasonal flowers, assisting visitors, managing ambassador programs, and collaborating with community partners to support the health and vitality of Downtown Chattanooga.

We're excited to hear Steve's insights on the important work being done to enhance the Downtown experience and support the businesses and people who make Chattanooga thrive.
