🇪🇸Join us for a little Euro Summer Staycation at our Spanish W**e Pairing Dinner TOMORROW Thursday September 10th beginning at 6:30pm. Featuring 4 Spanish w**es and food pairings honoring the flavorful foundations of Catalan cooking. But WAIT- there’s more. Enjoy live music from guitarist Alan Shikoh, specializing in a tasteful blend of Spanish, Brazilian, Latin American, and jazz stylings.

Amada crew had the pleasure of catering the couple’s cocktail hour + wedding reception and their menu was one for the books! We served belgian endives, lamb meatballs with tzatziki, olive tapenade, honey gem salad, saffron rice, summer street corn, roasted tri-colored carrots, braised lamb shoulder, and ropa vieja hanger steak!
