There’s something about pepperoni pizza that just works 🍕

Red sauce, mozzarella, plenty of pepperoni. The kind that hits a nostalgia button the moment it lands on the table. We kept all of that and gave it just the right additions: hot peppers for a little kick, a drizzle of honey for that sweet-savory pull. Same pizza you’ve always loved, just a little more grown up. Sweet, spicy, melty, and crispy around the edges where it counts.

Delicately seared scallops over silky potato purée and wilted spinach, brought together with a fragrant shellfish broth that’s as indulgent as it is light. This is one of those dishes you can really taste the layers of intention in every bite. Pairs perfectly with a glass of Arnaud Lambert Chenin Blanc or Sandhi Chardonnay!

January is already a tough month for people in the hospitality industry, and when you throw in unpredictable & harsh weather it makes things even harder. Lost shifts, super slow services, days ending early. These disruptions have a real impact on people’s livelihoods and our community.

We just wanted to express to our staff & our hospitality industry friends out here - we see you. Its tough out there, but yall keep pushing through curveball after curveball. We’re so grateful to be here alongside you.

We’re CLOSED today (12/24) and tomorrow (12/25) so our team can spend time with the people they love. We’ll be back soon to close out the year with y’all.

As, always, we have to shout out this incredible crew. Another year of hard work, long nights, laughs, growth, and showing up for each other day after day. We’re beyond grateful for a team that cares deeply about both what they do and the folks they do it with. We wouldn’t be here without all their hard work.

Thank you to our staff and to the whole Chattanooga community for all your support this year - we don’t take any of it for granted. ❤️

Our Boozy Eggnog is back! This isn’t your Cousin Eddy’s eggnog, we’ve got our own spin.

We’ve ditched the more traditional spirits like bourbon and rum, and instead gone for añejo tequila and amontillado sherry. The tequila adds rich vanilla notes that you want in a holiday drink, and the sherry helps balance it with a hint of acidity.

This seasonal burrata set is perhaps the coziest dish on our fall menu. Every flavor just reminds you of the season - it’s basically Thanksgiving on a plate. Fresh burrata sits over brown butter carrots with a savory sage bread pudding, aged balsamic, fresh oregano, and candied pecans. It’s rich but balanced, and a real guest favorite every year once the temperatures drop.

Speaking of Thanksgiving, we’ll be closed on Thursday to spend some time with our loved ones!

The Chattery is a Chattanooga nonprofit dedicated to making education accessible, joyful, and community-centered. They offer affordable classes, workshops, and experiences for adults—covering everything from practical life skills to creative hobbies. Their mission is simple: learning should be fun, welcoming, and available to everyone.

As always, for every Draft Old Fashioned sold, we’ll donate $1 to support The Chattery and their work in our community.

Wine is meant to be drunk with food, but how do you decide which bottle will make the perfect pairing?

Join our own somm Connie and her fellow wine colleague Aubrey Stout as they team up to share thoughts on how to pair food and wine. The course will be hosted tomorrow (10/18) at Chattanooga’s adult education facility, !

Aubrey and Connie will be preparing foods to taste with the wine, and sharing tips on which wines are more or less difficult to pair with foods.

All foods offerings will be vegetarian! All of the featured wines come from 100 percent Italiano’s fantastic selection.
