DEAR CUSTOMERS;; very often some of our customers ask ; where we come from, with our food and for how long we been in a food business: and I was thinking maybe you deserve to know!!! this is our curriculum;
I always loved cooking since I was a kid.
In 1989 pancho started as a dishwasher and cook helper in Anadarko ok, for two years , and than binger ok, as cook for five years , and Hinton ok, cook for one year, and canton ok, cook for two and half years (I'm so proud to say when I was in canton ok. working for the el charros restaurant, I prepared nachos grandes for the governor and that time Frank Keating,) after that we went to sayre ok, cook for one year
And on 2001 we came to frederick and start as a owner operator from our own family restaurant. ( los arcos ) (the video was on 2010) on 2013 we move to altus for six months and comeback to frederick.
on 2017 stop bussines in frederick for a break and to enjoy family, on nov 2019 we start in this beautiful community of chatty, till now.
But we never forget our great and loyal frederick customers and their 17 years of support, ( we are thinking on opening taquizaz grill in frederick for them too ) 👍
33 years cooking with the same passion for mexican culinary art ,because when you love it you enjoy it , !!!
