🔥🍕 It’s always an amazing time getting lost in the (pizza) sauce with your Preferred team! This round, we got some hands-on time with the Blodgett Oven Company ImVection (and its four independent chambers, which let us cook all kinds of menu items at once with no flavor transfer).
With convection and impingement cooking packed into one ventless oven, there are a whole lot of ways to put this thing to work depending on your menu. That’s exactly why we love doing demos like this: bring us what you’re cooking, put the equipment through its paces, and see firsthand what actually makes sense for your kitchen.

Ready to give your menu a test run? Reach out to our team and let’s get cooking: [email protected]

🥐We love watching innovation meet hands-on experience. 🥨 Back at the Middleby Innovation Kitchens, diving into Doyon NUVU equipment and once again confirming firsthand how the right tools can transform a whole menu. If you’re still sleeping on this opportunity, bring your favorite recipes and put our lineup to the test. With hundreds of pieces ready for you, we know there’s a perfect fit for every kitchen.
Shoot a message to [email protected] and let’s get you on the next flight!
