Tomorrow night for City of Houghton brew st, I’m gonna be doing burgers, fries, poutine, hotdogs, and biscuits and gravy.
This one is the apple cheddar burger. Apple mixed in the mince, topped with melted sharp cheddar and sauteed onions, on my homemade buns with my bbq sauce.

Get a single or get a double, either way it’ll hit ya just right.

Enough of you let me know I needed to add this to the menu, so here it is! It’s on there now!

Have you tried adding in some pork or brisket? I definitely recommend. Want it smothered in gravy? Order a side and let your server know to have me pour it on top.

Big news!! Now that I’ve signed the agreement, it’s time to let you all know that bosio’s is running the concessions for the City of Houghton ‘s Dee Stadium for hockey this winter!!

I’m excited to bring you some good eats this hockey season while you watch your family and friends battle it out on the ice!

And yes, there will be biscuits.

Just a heads up for this weekend! We will be at City of Houghton Canal Colors Festival with the biscuit shack. There’s going to be a ton of fun for the whole family 11a-2p, so make sure you make it out!

We will also be out for Brew St Friday night! So a whole weekend of good food. You’ll have different goodies each day so make sure you check out what I’ve got planned and don’t miss out!

Zucchini bread French toast? Yes. It’s possibly my favorite way to make French toast. I used Boersma Family Roots zucchini to make some mini loaves and so now you get to try some too if you come in!

Not feeling it French toasted? Get it regular toasted. Or just warmed up with a pat of butter to spread over it.

Available today-til I use up the rest of the zucchini!

We will be closed tomorrow for a vending day, so make sure you don’t wait to try this, or else you’ll be waiting for an extra day!
