The Forge / The Bellows Bistro is Looking for an Event Coordinator!

Do you love creating unforgettable experiences? Are you passionate about fantasy, gaming, themed events, and bringing people together?

We are looking for someone to help us build amazing events for our community!

What we need help organizing:
-One-Shot D&D Adventures for multiple people who are dining (Almost like Story Telling)
-Live Music & Traveling Bards (Scheduling Live Music)
-Coordinating and photographing our weekly events (MTG, One Piece, Pokémon, Warhammer etc.)
-Potion Making Classes & Mixology Nights (Our version of Tea-Time)
-Paint & Sip Events
-Themed Feasts & Special Experiences
-Unique community events that fit our fantasy tavern atmosphere

We're looking for someone who:
Is creative and full of ideas,
Loves working with people,
Can work independently,
Is great with time management,
Can source talent for events,
Can handle scheduling, planning, coordinating and running multiple events.,
Wants to help make The Forge / The Bellows the most exciting gathering place in Minnesota,
Can market events online,
Can stay on budget,
