Vu Noodles We serve Vegetarian/Vegan Vietnamese-fusion noodles that include pho’ and banh mi daily. Delicious, locally made bowls of noodles.

The bowls come in Tofu & Caramelized Onions, Tofu Curry, Veggie Peanut and Tofu Tomato Basil. You can find them at Whole Foods in CVille, Foods of All Nations, Relay Foods, CFA Institute, Bellair Market, Gibson's Grocery, Martha Jefferson's Cafe, UVA Health South, Blue Ridge Country Store, and Trailside Coffee, in Crozet.

Banh Xeo is our new special! Crispy batter filled with seasoned minced tofu, mushrooms, edamame, and bean sprouts. Serves with romaine lettuce, mints, and our sweet and tangy dipping sauce. Yum!
