Guests have been raving about our pan seared halibut dinner special!!
Our take on a classic dish from the eastern coast of Mexico “Pescado a la Veracruzana” , Zocalo’s twist features a Vera Cruz style tomato stew using Spanish green olives, capers, and chile güero, cilantro-manchego risotto, and we finish the dish with a small arugula salad and warm chorizo de bilbao and sherry vinaigrette!
