Founded in 1997, our establishment was conceived out of one man’s vision to provide delicious, home-style food to customers at an affordable price. Our beautiful flagship restaurant was built in Charlottesville, Virginia and christened the “Wood Grill Buffet.” After nearly a decade of success satisfying customers in Charlottesville, a second location in Harrison
burg, Virginia was built in 2006. Wood Grill Buffet is known for it’s amazing variety of mouth-watering options. Our buffet features a wide selection of meats, carving stations, and a magnificent display cooking area where you can watch your food being prepared right in front of you. Each buffet is stocked with plenty of homemade casseroles, garden fresh salads and fruits, country-style vegetables, bread straight-from-the-oven, a wide selection of desserts and many more flavorful options. Our commitment to quality shows in every item found at the Wood Grill Buffet. We pride ourselves on our flavorful hot and cold food selections — as well as our carving stations and display cooking area where you watch your food being prepared. Each day, we prepare homemade casseroles, garden fresh fruits and salads, country style vegetables, fresh baked bread, and dessert selections to please everyone. You’ll also find more high-quality meat choices than any other buffet around. Our slow-cooked pot roast, smoked BBQ and ribs, and famous hand-tossed fried chicken, along with our homemade mashed potatoes and countless other vegetable choices put us in a class of our own!
