Eating clean shouldn’t be a trade off.

It seemed like there was a gap between legitimately delicious and healthy. A lack of options that were convenient, filling, and made with whole foods.

I saw too many friends that didn’t have the time or knowledge to cook that way every day. So they’d door dash, grab food on the way home, or settle for what was easiest.

When I got the chance to help those people eat clean, it felt good. When they told me they liked a bowl with kale in it, even though they “don’t eat kale”, it felt like we were onto something.

So whether you know your way around a kitchen and just need an emergency meal in the freezer, or you legitimately need us to cook all your meals - we got you.
