Meet Tyra “Mema” Taylor — mother, grandmother, educator, mentor, and one of the brightest hearts in the Catering by Cordre family.
Mema is the definition of a team player. She’s the one who says, “Put me in, coach — where do you need me?” Washing dishes, training the next rising star, bartending, capturing moments for our socials, or simply being “Mema” to everyone around her — she shows up with love, humility, and excellence every single time.
And our clients feel it. The compliments, the repeat requests for her by name — people don’t just appreciate her work, they appreciate her. Her spirit. Her professionalism. The care she pours into every experience.
