Congratulations to our lovely pastry chef, Lei Lacasandile Van Note, on competing in the NCRLA Chef Showdown | NC’s #1 Culinary & Mixology Competition! 🧁✨ Her dish was truly incredible, and we couldn’t be prouder of her talent, creativity, and dedication. What an amazing accomplishment!

She created:
“Golden Carolina Turon”
Crispy Apple-Chevre Batons coasted in Salted Caramel Southern Distilling Co. Bourbon Lacquer, with Miso Master Miso-Ginger Gelato and Spicy Moravian Cookie Crumble. Served with a Roselle Hibiscus
Tidewater Grain Co. Horchata.
