You know I love a tiny space challenge, so when my friend asked me to help with their townhouse rental that had just been sitting, partly demo-ed after some water damage because *they didn’t have the time to deal with it* (WHO DOES??!) I said, “Yes of course, 1,000%.” As a rental, budget was a big factor in the choices we made, but you can work with a tight budget and still make choices that add personality and function. U-shaped kitchens are challenging on the best of days, but when they’re tight, it’s even trickier. The layout of the original kitchen and appliances only left room for one base cabinet, so we opened walls and shrank the appliances, which gave us so much more storage space, and then sprinkled in some color to keep things fun. I think she’s still available to rent if you know anyone who needs a two bed/one bath in the amazing (and desirable - that’s what real estate agents say, right?) Cotswold area - reach out to ! Swipe to see the “befores” and our updates to the bathroom as well! Work by:
