We wait all season for red peppers 🌶️ . They are fruitier, sweeter, full or color, and worth the wait. Thank you Barbee Farms for these gorgeous red jalapeños.

Some were dried, some were smoked, some were turned into hot sauce, and the rest were processed and frozen so we can make hot sauce all year. Preservation is key!
