Think of CityKitch like a food court at the mall. If you order your food from Burger King, you wouldn’t walk over to McDonald’s asking, “Where’s my food?” and then get mad because they can’t help you. 😂😂

Same thing here!

We are separate businesses operating inside the same building. The other restaurants do not have access to our orders, our system, or your pickup information—just like we don’t have access to theirs.

If you receive a text saying YOUR FOOD IS READY and you weren’t there when we called your name:

👉🏾 CHECK THE PICKUP LOCKER FIRST! 😂💜

Enter the same name you used when placing your order. The directions are right there on the locker.

Need additional help? Scan/check in using the barcode on the wall and we’ll assist you.

We love y’all, and we go out of our way to personally call names and hand out orders whenever we can—but the system is designed to be CONTACTLESS.

No confusion. No scavenger hunt. No asking the restaurant next door where your Cheezstayk went. 😂😂😂
