With the sacred sound of the dhaak echoing in our hearts and the autumn breeze settling over the Queen City, the wait is finally over. Maa Durga is on Her way, bringing hope, joy, and the warmest reunions.

Mark the arrival of Debi Pokkho on October 11th with our Sholo Ana Bengali Thali – Mahalaya Special. Handcrafted with traditional spices, festive warmth, and the nostalgic comfort of home, every dish brings the timeless flavors of Kolkata straight to your table.

🌾 The Mahalaya Special Thali

Dalpuri: Crisp, golden flatbreads stuffed with mildly spiced lentil filling—a classic festive breakfast indulgence.
Aloor Dum: Tender baby potatoes slow-cooked in a fragrant ginger, cumin, and tomato gravy—the quintessential Dalpuri pairing.
Bengali-Style Veg Fried Rice: Fragrant long-grain rice wok-tossed with tender vegetables, whole garam masala, crunchy cashews, and golden raisins.
