I am in the process of building a mobile pizza trailer. I will focus on some weekend setups but mainly large festivals or, upscale pizzas and salads for wedding receptions, corporate events, etc. it’s going to take a few weeks to do a build. I will be working with some big names in the pizza industry to secure the best oven, cheese, and toppings for what I want to do.
I have discussed this with Dulcie and I have her full approval. 😁
Stay tuned for more updates. I hope to debut in Henderson once I’m fully operational.
