Here’s my Garlic Roasted Chicken and Vegetable Soup. I actually came in second place with this recipe, winning $600.00 at the town festival. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣I know soup seems heavy in the summer but I have to the start week with something that with last a few days because I’m so busy working at the beginning of the week and I had to find a way to use all of the fresh produce from the farmers market. My husband had a happy plate.
