At Inizio Pizza Napoletana in Charlotte, we are dedicated to the art and craft of true neapolitan-style pizza.

Born out of Old World simplicity, we strive to bring you expertly handcrafted pies prepared with world class ingredients backed by years of experience, intensive research, and passion. The word “Inizio” means “the beginning” in Italian. It was in birthplace of modern pizza that we found the perfect blend of tradition and technique; of art and science; of simple ingredients done right. Inizio Pizza Napoletana follows in the footsteps of the great neapolitan pizza traditions and invites you to gather around our table and experience pizza as you never have before.

Something about a hot Summer conjures up the need for fresh, easy food. A Margherita pizza with fresh basil and evoo drizzle. A caprese salad. Finish with a cannoli…sweet ricotta probably has loads of protein in it. 💪 🤷🏼‍♀️
