As an appetizer we have Chicken Moroccan Skewers... juicy boneless chicken thighs marinated overnight in Greek yogurt, turmeric, lemon, vinegar and spices and baked to perfection. This chicken is nice and juicy full of flavor...no sauce needed

I made Chimmichuri chicken thighs...a little spice and full of flavor. I roasted my own peppers ( red and orange) combined with a lot of garlic, seasonings spices and crushed red pepper. I poured it over the chicken placed it on the rack and baked it.

Okay...let's talk about Black Eye Pea salad. Its very refreshing for the heat but it's another creative side dish to enjoy with dinner. Or it can be a refreshing snack because its packed with fresh vegetables.
In addition to the black eye peas there is cucumber, corn, yellow or red pepper, and red onion with a delicious red w**e Vinaigrette I created.

Black eye pea salad is available in 8oz, 12oz, and 16 ounces.
