His little ear looks adorable, but since he was out on his own with an untreated infection, it will now be forever be folded - however, we think it adds to his charm! It will also always be a reminder of how far he has come - like a badge of honor. He is a lap cat, playful and is great with other cats... although he DOES NOT like dogs. We assume this fear stems from a possible run-in with a canine while he lived on the streets. Because of this, he will need to be in a dog-free home to be able to live the life of comfort, love and peace he finally deserves.

I used to have a family, but they moved and couldn't take me along, so I wound up living with friends. We all tried, but the cats at home who were supposed to become my siblings just couldn't get over the 'new kid in town'. It wasn't great for any of us, so I found myself looking for another family to call my own... hopefully forever. I am a sweet, good looking guy — in spite of my tall sturdy frame, I've been said to have a little "baby meow" 🤭 I’ll cuddle up on your lap and purr like a kitten, too. I am very nosey and always want to be where you are "helping" with whatever you've got going on! I have a lot of inquisitive energy and would be happy to be on any adventure you're on, even if it's a trip to the laundry room to fold towels. I am weak for cat nip and will roll around until I begin to 'happy drool' 🍃 I just want a family to belong to. Maybe it's with you?

She was rescued as a kitten, only to discover that she was already pregnant (cats can become mothers at 4 months old!) While she was a devoted mother, we are happy those days are behind her. No more struggling to survive on the streets. No more raising litter after litter. Aviva is now finally able to focus on something she has likely never had the chance to experience before - being cared for herself. She is ready to trade the responsibilities of motherhood for the comforts of a home with people who love her. She deserves a family that will spoil her, cherish her, and let her enjoy being a completely carefree cat after a year of constant survival. I almost didn't survive. I've healed wounds, physically and mentally. For a while, I got so overwhelmed with life that I just decided I wasn't going to eat. Period. For no reason medically, I just 'shut down'. My chunky body went from 17lbs down to 6lbs. The team at Princeton's Meow, and Dr. P, never gave up on me. They just kept at it... they spoke words of affirmations into my ears, fed me with feeding tubes, gave me love... and one day, I simply decided I wanted to get back to happiness and health. I didn't want to give up anymore, I wanted to survive... and THRIVE. And now, here I sit at Mac Tabby, appreciating every pet and every ounce of love shown to me. I am back to finding joy. I am back up to a healthy 12lbs. I am back to searching for love after a lifetime of surviving; out on the streets, then in the hospital. I would be so appreciative for a soft spot to land. I am grateful. I am kind. I am gentle natured towards people and other cats. I am ready to know what a family and stability feels like. I'm ready for the rest of my life since I now have it to LIVE... is it with you?

His days spent outdoors, suffering and hoping for food and peace are over. This guy likes to play with toys and his new cat friends now that he is getting used to the indoor life! He is gentle natured, interested in what you're up to and likes to snuggle. He told us that he wants to know what a sunny Sunday morning feels like at home, sprawled in a sun puddle, in the safety and love of his very own home... this is where you come in 😉 (p.s. he arrived with his buddy, Sudan, if you're in the market for two. They aren't bonded - but were in the trenches together... and two is better than one anyways!)

A 10 year old resilient spirit with a heart ready for a fresh new beginning. She arrived alongside her 17-year-old sister, and while her sister has since settled into a loving hospice foster home, Trixie is now looking for a loving home of her own. Life had clearly been catching up with her; she was extremely unkempt and needed a full therapeutic shave to free her from matted, uncomfortable fur. Now, completely fresh, clean, and feeling wonderfully light on her paws, she is experiencing a whole new lease on life. She loves to follow us around the cafe asking for affection and she loves a good feather wand play session - she's still quick! Trixie Dewdrop carries the quiet grace and deep sweetness that only a distinguished senior can offer. She wants nothing more than a soft blanket, loving hands, and a tranquil space where she can relax and be pampered for the rest of her life.
