The sushi section of the menu features sustainable seafood wherever possible, hand selected by our longtime Master Sushi Chef Rifali Almunir and Head Sushi Chef Eko Maryanto. Our all natural burgers feature hormone-free, human certified beef & fresh, never frozen, ingredients from the best US farms. Spiked milkshakes, premium sakes, craft beers, w**e and fun martinis round out the bar menu. Shareable appetizers & entree-sized salads, homemade desserts & a fun menu for kids are joined by our signature burgushi - "sushi" rolls created using burger & sushi components.
