We made the paper!
The Winston-Salem Journal | JournalNow just published "Food Truck Revolution," and we're so proud to see three of our longstanding food truck members from our Greensboro kitchen in the spotlight: Sushi Empire, Taco Bros, and Jamaica Coast.
These owners have been part of the City Kitch family for years, and they're a big reason our kitchen feels like a community and not just a workspace. Every one of them started with an idea, a menu, and a lot of grit, and they've built loyal followings one plate at a time.
As our Managing Director, Lillian McGuire, put it in the article: "Every truck has its own story, cuisine, and loyal following. Food trucks don't just serve meals; they help drive innovation and inspire creativity across the entire food industry."
We couldn't agree more. The creativity, resilience, and hustle these entrepreneurs bring every single day is what makes our local food scene so special.
So here's your homework: go find these trucks, order something delicious, and tell them City Kitch sent you. đź’ś
