🌶️ When you order MILD but get SPICY… That’s on me! 😂🔥

And that’s why you sometimes see me walking out of the kitchen, personally apologizing to customers. 🙋‍♀️🙏

My brain just occasionally thinks everyone’s spice tolerance is the same as mine. 🌶️😅

At Rice & Spice, we take your spice level seriously… even when my brain doesn’t. 😂

BTW, Kudos everybody who finished it strong 💪 🌶️🔥

Looks simple, right? 😏

But behind this plate of Chicken Satay is a whole lot of work.

Simple on the plate. Never simple in the kitchen. ❤️‍🔥

🇺🇸 HAPPY LABOR DAY from Rice & Spice! 🇺🇸🌶️

Yesterday was… A LOT. 😂

We were short-staffed, busy, and everyone was basically doing 3–5 different jobs at once. Host, server, runner, expo, dishwasher… you name it! 😂

Thank you ❤️for your patience, understanding, and kindness ☺️when things took a little longer. Your support means EVERYTHING to our small business. 🙏🏼

And our team? They worked their hearts out yesterday. ❤️
Today, they are officially P A S S I N G O U T. 🛌💤😂

To all the small businesses, restaurants, and hardworking teams out there doing the same thing…

WE SEE YOU. WE FEEL YOU. WE ARE YOU. 😂❤️

Behind every plate, every smile, and every post… it’s still us. ❤️

If you don’t see us posting every day, it’s not because we’re not here.

It’s because we’re busy wearing many hats 🧢 👨‍🍳👨‍🔧as small business owners.

Some days we’re the host greeting you at the door.

Some days we’re the server bringing your favorite Pad Thai.

Some days we’re the expo making sure every dish goes out perfectly.

Some days we’re in the kitchen cooking.

And yes… some days we’re the dishwasher too. 🍽️

The uniform may change.
The hairstyle may be different.
The makeup may be missing.
We might look a little tired after a long shift.

But no matter which role we’re playing that day, it’s still us behind the scenes, doing our best to serve you.

Thank you 🙏 for supporting a small business where every order, every kind word, and every visit truly means the world to us.

From all of us at Rice & Spice, thank you for allowing us to do what we love. ❤️🙏

Still here. Still cooking. Still serving. Always for you.
