Our friends at 1010 Bridge Restaurant & Catering are now hiring!

We are getting ready for the upcoming harvest and winter seasons! We are looking to add some new faces to our ever-growing team of hospitality professionals!

We are hiring for a part-time Host/Food Runner position! This is a great opportunity to learn the restaurant industry in a James Beard award winning restaurant!

This would be a great opportunity for a high school or college student! Some experience in food and beverage is a plus, but not required!

Please stop by the restaurant to fill out an application Monday-Thursday from 2pm-4pm!

Responsibilities:

Availability:
3pm-Close of Restaurant
1010 Bridge is open Monday to Saturday.
Closed Sundays.

Host:

Maintain a positive and professional attitude.

Greet guests politely and es**rt them to their
respective tables and ensure they are comfortable.
Confirm with guests that seating meets their
expectations.

Say goodbye to guests and invite their return.

Review all reservations and return messages to ensure
that all reservations are accounted for.

Clearing dirty dishes and resetting tables for new
guests.

Ensure menus are clean, free of stains, and in good
condition.

Place takeout orders in a concise and timely manner.
Handle payment transactions for all takeout orders.

Food Runner:

Clearing dirty dishes and resetting tables for new
guests.

Deliver food to appropriate tables and distribute food
correctly according to ticket/seating.

Ensure food order, presentation, and placement of
food is correct prior to leaving back of the house.

Interact with guests and answer questions regarding
food orders being delivered.

Clean tables, stock supplies and assist with food
preparation.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude.

Practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness
habits during work hours.

Follow all health and safety regulations.

Perform other duties as assigned.
