Pumpkins enter stage left… AND NOW IT’S OFFICIALLY FALL! To kick off our final flavor release of the season, may we re-introduce: PUMPKIN CHESS PIE!
We create a spiced and floral Vanilla Cardamom ice cream base by blending organic cardamom and fresh vanilla beans into our traditional ice cream base. Next up, Sutton adds her magic by whipping up the most delectable, richly smooth, and perfectly spiced Pumpkin Chess Pie. Pumpkin chess pie combines a traditional Southern chess pie with pumpkin. The result is a dense, sweet, custard-like pie filling infused with pumpkin and autumn spices like cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger, all baked into a buttery, graham cracker pie crust. This pumpkin chess pie gets chopped into bite sized pieces and mixed generously throughout!

New flavor alert!! Our fall series continues with another delicious newcomer: BUTTER PECAN TURTLE

First, we make a rich, salty and nutty butter pecan ice cream by blending house-made pecan milk, made with local pecans from Brickyard Point Farms, into our traditional ice cream base. We then add brown butter and an extra pinch of local Bulls Bay Sea Salt to round it out!

To take this flavor to the next level, our pastry chef Sutton created the most delicious pecan turtle candies which get chopped up and folded throughout. These turtles are a rich, buttery and slightly salted treat featuring crunchy pecans, a gooey caramel center, and a decadent chocolate exterior.

This new fall flavor is addictively good with the perfect balance of sweet and savory bites!

This is our second cashew-free vegan ice cream currently on the menu! To replace the cashews, we make a house-made oat milk using Bob’s Red Mill rolled oats, which we blend directly into our simple base of organic coconut cream, organic avocado oil and Bulls Bay Saltworks sea salt. Instead of traditional cane sugar, we use dark brown sugar to give the ice cream a deep, rich molasses flavor, finished with a touch of Madagascar Bourbon vanilla.

Swirled through every scoop is a dark ribbon of fig jam, handcrafted by the jam ladies at Sakhar Jams. Sweet, intensely fruity, and beautifully floral, this luscious fig jam pairs perfectly with the rich brown sugar ice cream.
To top it off, we fold in chunks of our house-made vegan shortbread cookies. Buttery, tender, and crumbly, this shortbread adds a delicious pastry element to the sweet fig jam and rich brown sugar ice cream.

The combination of brown sugar, fig jam, and buttery shortbread gives this flavor all the jam-filled goodness of a classic Fig Newton… and you won’t even be able to tell that it is completely dairy-free!
