A reminder about our October calendar of events and class this Wednesday!! Please join us Wednesday, 10/7/2026, when Mike Easter will lead the class through the process of making 🌶️ FERMENTED HOT SAUCE 🌶️ ! The jars have been fermenting in the packhouse and when you lift the lid, it smells amazing!!

Topics being covered include:
•Lacto fermented hot sauce
•Using Lactobacillus to preserve peppers for an extended period of time
•Benefits of laco fermentation
