Say hey to Pubfare—one of the Charleston food truck pop-ups you’ll want on speed dial. They’re slinging the Pubfare Burger: a double smash stacked with American cheese, special sauce, white onion, and pickles. Pair it with a Basket of Fries (salty skinny fries = yes please) and wash it down with a cold drink.

🚚🚚🚚 How many food trucks is TOO many?

More trucks might sound like a better event
 but there’s a point where adding another truck can actually hurt everyone’s experience.

Every food truck needs enough customers to make showing up worthwhile. If an event brings in 200 hungry customers but books 10 trucks, that’s only about 20 potential customers per truck — before you even account for differences in menus and popularity.

For organizers, the goal shouldn’t be to fit as many trucks as possible. It should be to find the right balance between:
đŸ‘„ Expected turnout
⏰ Length of the event
🍔 Number of food trucks
🌼 Variety of food options
💰 Enough sales opportunity for each vendor

A lineup of 3 busy trucks can be a much better experience than 8 trucks waiting around for customers.

When trucks have successful events, they’re more likely to come back. That means more reliable bookings, better vendor relationships, and a stronger food truck community for everyone. 🙌
