Long before Brasserie La Banque opened its doors, Steve Palmer saw something special in the corner of Broad and East Bay.
A former bank built in 1853, the space had the history, character, and unmistakable charm of a Parisian brasserie. All it needed was a new chapter.
Today, that vision lives on as Brasserie La Banque, led by Executive Chef Hunter Conklin. Our menu brings the spirit of French cuisine to Charleston, with seasonal dishes shaped by local ingredients and the bounty of the Lowcountry.
