We are VERY excited to introduce you all to our new Culinary Director Marcus Shell !!
Chef Marcus brings a career defined by bold flavor, thoughtful leadership, and a deep connection to Southern hospitality to his new role as Culinary Director of Berkeley’s Sandwiches + Suppers and The Archer in downtown Charleston.
As Culinary Director, Shell will oversee the culinary vision and development of both Berkeley’s and The Archer, bringing a renewed focus on consistency, creativity, team development, and memorable guest experiences across the two concepts.
For Shell, the opportunity represents more than a new title—it’s a chance to help shape two distinct restaurants while continuing to push Charleston’s culinary conversation forward.
