Ok folks this weekend September 10th the last Food Truck Frenzy on the schedule for the year so be sure to come out to Central Park in Charles City and support all of us vendors and have/try some delicious food !
My menu for the event is as follows:
Lasagna w/ garlic bread
Beef Vindaloo w/Naan bread
Alligator Etouffee w/ corn bread

Come get some Alligator Etouffee yall we are set up the rain is stopped and the lasagna is ready!

Ok just got home from the butcher yall and boy do I have a treat this week ! The menu for tomorrow at Tellurian Brewing Company is as follows:
-Alligator Etouffee with corn bread $15
-Lasagna with garlic bread $15
-Adobo Pork tacos with chips and salsa $10
-Brats with Mac and cheese and chips $10

Ok so kind of last minute notice I was approached this afternoon about filling in Friday at Tellurian Brewing for Johnny's southern seafood from 4-8 and have accepted so I hope to see you all there ! Menu will be determined tomorrow after I go to the butcher so stay tuned !

I'd like welcome everyone to the page and will try to keep the most up to date information about events and locations available here as well as the dishes that will be on the menu for each event as we have a rotating menu and strive for the freshest ingredients... please understand the menus may not be avaliable very far in advance because of this but I will post them as soon as I know
