Unfortunately, folks The Bistro will be permanently closed due to a structural failure in the ductwork up in the attic of the building. The owners of the building refuse to fix the problem and the Charleroi Boro Code Enforcement has stated that the building may be condemned very soon. We are working on opening a new location in the Tri-County Plaza in Rostraver. Our page will stay active in order to inform you of any updates pertaining to our new location. Thank you.

As each day passes more and more Mon Valley folks are trying our Hand Tossed Neapolitan Pizza and just loving it. ❤️
Is there a difference between Pizza Shop dough and Neapolitan dough? 🍕 There sure is...The traditional recipe for this crust includes extra-finely ground, high-protein flour, water, salt, and yeast. How the dough is made gives it that great texture and airy crust.
Another difference is, it's very digestible. You can eat 4 to 5 pieces and not have that bloated feeling for hours. Making this dough consists of a 2-day process and the results are in the taste.
