If your guess was the gooning tent behind Bombolo you'd only be half right. Always late to the party we're offering these little crack burgers to drum up some Monday biz. Weather is perfect for the patio if you're curious. Also we have an entire menu of deliciousness with slightly more esoteric angles if that's your bag.

Probably the earliest we've ever posted a menu. Definitely show off some beautiful stuffs from Baldor Specialty Foods , Cheney Brothers, Inc. & Inland Charlotte tonight. Beverage pairings are available for both High and Low life offerings.

Welcome UNC Tar Heels parents to another eventful parent's weekend. Thanks to the keen skills of photographer extraordinaire Robbie Caponetto Photography we will always have memories of this lovely softy set up. If Jamie Davis ever shares how he keeps getting softies year round maybe we'll bring it back. This weekend we've got smoked lamb ribs, black cod, swordfish, yellowfin tuna, NC crab in a variety of ways, NC shrimp and several things more. Come celebrate a possible victory over Notre Dame Football and enjoy some of the tastiest food in the state. As always thanks for the continued love Southern Living

Cumin and coriander HARD smoked lamb ribs glazed in plum vinegar, herb salad and some whipped hummus. There are some other things on this plate as well. These melt in your mouth and go well with 5 fingers of your favorite wh***ey. Look how healthy the menu is!

We've got a plethora of nu nu tonight. Braised beef mezzaluna, goukonettes with local tautog, tom kha kai with the same toothy monster, an ode to Marea | NYC | Beverly Hills | Aspen Octopus/ bone marrow pasta and a giant new smoked meat stick. We look pretty open tonight so come get fed. Let's not regret not pulling the burger card together.

Bombolo's cotoletta boasts our own smoked proscuitto from a La Finca pig, a breaded pork cutlet, sweet corn, cream and bc I have neither the skill nor authority to make parmigiano reggiano, we get the good imported stuff from Nate Cheney Brothers, Inc.. Come celebrate labor day early with us on our last day of service this week! Happy Labor Day!

New tonight, we've got some beautiful razor clams from Inland Charlotte and a lobster stew that brings me back to Acadia National Park and that little cabin with those delicious popovers. Pork chop alla cotoletta with Bombolo proscuitto and several other delicious things. Look forward to seeing you this holiday weekend. Why wait till Sunday to celebrate?

Slow Mondays always bring burgers to trough. We grind beef scraps with chuck flap, made a fresh onion roll and a spicy cheeee sauce Chili's Grill & Bar would be jealous of. Tonight only.

We've been # 11, # 10 and now in our 3rd year we're at # 7! Thanks to Axios Raleigh for including us and many of our favorite restaurants of their top 30. Good friends and honored chefs pepper this list. So many delicious spots and some exciting nenewcomers I can't wait to try!
