Dear friends of the ChickenTruck!
The team of Country Grill Chicagoland will face new opportunities from now on.
Many have noticed that Flori had been out of town several times in the last few months and we have taken breaks because of it. On those occasions he sold rotisserie equipment, trucks and ovens, to others throughout the US. Unfortunately, he was so successful that we came to a point where we had to decide whether to focus on selling rotisserie chickens or on selling the technology to rotisserie grill chickens.
The last four years have been very challenging and wonderful. We have mastered the horrors of the pandemic and overcome many other problems. However, we could always count on our dear friends and loyal customers! Therefore, thank you very much, you are the best! For sure we will miss the interaction with you guys the most!
A very big THANK YOU goes to Jen and Craig Parshall, owners of the HiveKitchen in Channahon.
We couldn't have made it this far without our friends at the many breweries we were operating the truck at and so many other supporters in the one way or the other! Thank you!
Flori will focus on selling and consulting tech customers from now on.
Spencer also has some new opportunities in sight. Spencer is a great guy and we wish him all the best for the future! Stay as you are my dear friend!
Thirsty Popp (that's the truck’s name) will surely find a new home soon and continue to delight many people with wonderful rotisserie chickens.
