Last night, 3 Rivers Café was broken into.
The criminals in this video smashed our front door, damaged our gaming machines, and stole the cash inside before leaving. We're sharing this surveillance footage in hopes that someone recognizes them or has information that can help identify those responsible.
As a locally owned business, it's frustrating to see something like this happen, but the owners personally cleaned up the glass, boarded up the door, and opened for business ready to start cooking at 7am per usual.
Many times I wonder why restaurant owners do what they do. This business is far from easy, and there are a ton of days that really test you. I often ask if its all worth it...…
But then I see what this place means to our community. I see families gathering around the table, friends catching up over a meal, and familiar faces walking through our doors everyday.... Still, you all make it worth it...
