For the next few days, I'm excited to highlight the ridiculously amazing food trucks joining me at the first annual Evansville Foodies Fest on June 14th at Washington Square Mall. This daily shout-out will let you get familiar with their grub and maybe even score them some new fans. Today's spotlight shines bright on Snax Attack, a local family-owned sweets, drinks, and all-around snack fest on wheels. They love serving their community, probably because they run a few other local businesses and want to distract everyone with food. Snax Attack brings lemon shake-ups in a all sorts of flavors, cake pops galore, walking treats that are basically dessert tacos - yes, that's a thing- and chopped Italian sliders that will ruin regular sliders for you. Oh, and they have a snack charcuterie board because they’re fancy like that!
