Dear Friends 💑 and Curious Bees 🐝!!!
Giorgio's is not closing down anytime soon.
I know, I know... The rumor has it going that way. But it's not. What it's doing is selling the property/real estate, and in fact the commitment is so deep to the store and town that we're requiring the buyer to actually lease to us for at least another 5 years. Not bad for a commitment, huh?
So, just in case you happen to know someone who's interested in buying the property, also let them know they can't buy unless they lease it back to us -- sorry, one of those things that we choose to sell and keep the store under our terms 😬
Also, as some of you know, Mom and Pop's third grandbaby is about to turn one in couple of days, so we're definitely not missing out in their life 😎. If anything, we're going to see them grow up under the unconditional love we give them ❤️🥰
Finally, just ask us...some of you have gotten to the US personally and some peripherally...either way, despite not knowing English well beyond pizza and its toppings, we like to think we're kind to engage in conversations with our customers 😉
