We're bringing the beer, live music, competitions, Oktoberfest-inspired food, and a full day of fun from 12:00-9:00 p.m. at Mississippi Crossings Greenway, directly next to Char Blu.

🦪 It's official. Char Blu Shuckfest is happening on the river, and we're celebrating National Oyster Day!

Wednesday, August 5th
6 to 9 PM
Lower Patio at Char Blu Riverside

A selection of East and West Coast oysters, bottomless bubbles, live Yacht Rock, and a chef shucking competition, right on the patio, right on the river.

No tickets or reservations ahead of time. Everything's purchased the night of:
🦪 Oyster tickets: $2 each (1 ticket = 1 oyster)
🥂 Package deal: $30 for 10 oyster tickets + a wristband for bottomless bubbles
✨ VIP upgrade: an additional $30 gets you a pour of V***e champagne, a serving of caviar, and access to the VIP tent

Due to the hazardous air quality, tonight's MC Summer Series concert at Mississippi Crossings has been canceled.

The City of Champlin made this decision to help keep everyone safe. A potential reschedule for 8 Foot 4 is still to be determined.

If your evening plans have changed, join us inside at Char Blu for dinner, drinks, or Social Hour from 3-5pm in our bar area. We'd love to see you!
