It saddens me deeply to say that Mosaic Bistro & Pub will be closing for good.
We are heartbroken, but despite giving it everything we had, we simply could not overcome the obstacles we faced from the very beginning. While this chapter is ending far sooner than we ever hoped, we will always be grateful for the incredible support, encouragement, and love our community showed us.
Our time may have been short, but it was truly meaningful. We made memories, built friendships, and had the privilege of serving so many wonderful people. For that, I will be forever thankful.
I also want to give a very special thank you to Cortland and David Wade. They went above and beyond in every way imaginable, working creatively alongside us to try to make this work. They have done more than any landlord I’ve ever had, and their support never went unnoticed. While I’m not sure what the future holds, I can say without hesitation that if I were ever to open another place, I would absolutely look for a Cortland property.
To everyone who visited Mosaic Bistro & Pub, shared a meal, had a drink, recommended us to a friend, or simply cheered us on—thank you. Your support meant more than you’ll ever know.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being part of our journey. We will never forget it.
